Accademia del Caffè Espresso hosted Sprudge co-founder Jordan Michelman to present his new book “But First, Coffee” last week.
The book offers classic and innovative recipes, including brewing methods, cocktails, and desserts. Whether in the bar or the kitchen, it presents coffee as an ingredient that everybody can incorporate into their lives. Inviting readers to try something new and hope to inspire curiosity and enthusiasm around coffee.
The in-person event was followed by a Q&A and a tasting of three of the unique coffee recipes.
