La Marzocco has partnered with Allegra as the traditional coffee machine sponsor for the 2023 European Coffee Symposium, which took place at the W Hotel, Barcelona, from November 27 – 29.

Throughout the 3-day event, attendees could enjoy personalized handcrafted coffee beverages at the Hospitality lounge powered by Modbar. At the same time, at the main expo area, participants could immerse themselves in the world of specialty coffee and product innovation thanks to La Marzocco KB90 stations.

Moreover, La Marzcco Home sessions were held at the hotel terrace, overlooking the Mediterranean sea, where aspirational home baristas engaged with the La Marzocco Spain team for one-on-one Linea Mini-focused workshops and experiences designed to ignite the passion for crafting the perfect cup of coffee and to learn about educational-experiential opportunities at Accademia del Caffè Espresso, the company’s coffee culture hub.

For this edition of the Symposium, once again, Guido Bernardinelli was invited to share with the audience how he, as CEO of the company – along with his newly formed management team – has contributed to “turning a small, underdog cult player from Florence into a fast-growing and successful traditional coffee equipment brand known the world over.

We were humbled to be awarded the Best Equipment Supplier- Europe award.

Guido Bernardinelli, CEO, and La Marzocco Spain’s General Manager, Valter Chiriacò, were present during the awards ceremony and proudly accepted the prize on behalf of global staff and partners worldwide.
