In 1927, Giuseppe and Bruno Bambi founded the company La Marzocco in Florence, in the heart of Tuscany. In 1939, La Marzocco developed and patented the first espresso machine with a horizontal boiler, which is now considered the industry standard. This was the first in a series of innovations in espresso preparation. About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an energetic team in the La Marzocco German branch office.

We are looking for a HOME Sales Coordinator with excellent organizational skills, time-planning and great communication skills.

What You’ll Do

You will be responsibile for the following actitivities:

  • Support for existing customers
  • Acquisition of new customers
  • Consultancy for B2C customers
  • Arranging and preparing appointments with customers
  • Coordination and support of sales activities
  • Supporting the sales targets
  • Presentation of new products
  • Attending trade fairs and events
  • Collaboration at events
  • Product training for customers
  • Supervision of showroom activities
  • Maintenance of customer data
  • Continuous further development and optimisation of internal processes in coordination with the Home Sales Manager
  • Order processing
  • Creating reports and analyses
  • Reporting to management

Requirements:

Person Specification:

Overall, we are looking for someone who has/is:

  • Degree or qualification in a business or marketing-related field
  • previous experience in sales
  • Ability to work in a team.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Organisational talent.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Fluent in German and very good written and spoken English.
  • Experience with MS Office programmes.
  • Experience with SAP and/or Salesforce

Service Technician / Servicetechniker

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the La Marzocco team! To strengthen our team, we are looking for an employee as a Service Technician for our location in Berlin.

We are searching for a person who’s enthusiastic about the technical aspect and with a special interest in how our products work.

Your tasks:

  • You are the contact person for our customers and help with service issues.
  • You will carry out installations independently and show customers and partner companies the first steps on their machines.
  • You look after warranty cases, including coordination and communication of service calls.
  • You are part of a new service center where you will manage: customer service, invoicing & accounting, coordination of machine deliveries, spare parts stock, maintenance, and repairs.
  • You will take on further installations, repairs, and technical service on home and commercial machines as required.
  • You are also our internal contact person for technical questions relating to our product range

Your qualification:

  • You have electrical engineering qualifications, e.g. qualified electrician (efk), qualified electrician for specified tasks (efkfft) or another electrical engineering qualification.
  • Alternatively, you have completed training in a technical field so that you can quickly obtain the necessary certifications.
  • Class B driving licence
  • IT skills (expertise in working with Teams, Excel and experience in working with CRM software is a plus)
  • You are strong in multitasking and solution-oriented
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Knowledge of coffee is an advantage
  • Professional experience as a technician is an advantage
  • German speaker
  • English speaker

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir für unseren Standort in Berlin zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) als Servicetechniker

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Du bist Ansprechpartner/-in für unsere Kunden/-innen und hilfst bei Servicefragen
  • Du führst eigenständig Installationen durch und zeigst Kunden/-innen und Partnerfirmen die ersten Schritte an ihren Maschinen.
  • Du betreust Garantiefälle, einschließlich Koordination und Kommunikation von Service-Einsätzen
  • Du bist Teil eines neuen Servicecenters mit Schwerpunkt auf La Marzocco Commercial. Von hier führen wir mit deiner Hilfe: Kundendienst, Rechnungsstellung & Buchhaltung, Koordination von Maschinenlieferungen, Ersatzteil-Lager, Wartung und Reparaturen
  • Du übernimmst nach Bedarf weitere Installationen, Reparaturen sowie technischen Service an Home- oder auch Gewerbemaschinen
  • Du bist auch intern unser/-e Ansprechpartner/-in für technische Fragen rund um unser Sortiment

Deine Qualifikation:

  • Du verfügst über elektrotechnische Qualifikationen, z.B. Elektrofachkraft (efk), Elektrofachkraft für festgelegte Tätigkeiten (efkfft) oder eine andere elektrotechnische Ausbildung
  • Alternativ hast du eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im technischen Bereich, dass du schnell die erforderlichen Zertifizierungen erlangen kannst.
  • Führerschein Klasse B
  • EDV-Kenntnisse (Kompetenz im Umgang mit Teams, Excel und Erfahrung im Umgang mit CRM-Software ist ein Plus)
  • Du bist stark im Multitasking und lösungsorientiertem Arbeiten unter Druck
  • Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten im Kundenservice
  • Wissen über Kaffee ist von Vorteil
  • Berufliche Erfahrungen als Techniker sind von Vorteil
