Frenchefs, a service dedicated to helping its clients find the perfect chef for their special events, continues its 2024 season at the Chateau Yquem with a prestigious Déjeuner des Chefs (chef lunch) involving some of the most decorated chefs in the industry, such as Alexandre Koa, Nicolas Masse, Yoann Amado, David Charrier, Jean-Denis Le Bras, and Maxime Gilbert.

The event took place in the prestigious setting of Chateau Yquem in France on the 29th of April.

The event was attended by about 20 chefs, including several Michelin-starred chefs.  Before lunch, the attendees could visit Sturia’s sturgeon’s pisciculture farm, the origin of one of France’s best caviars, while enjoying a glass of Laurent-Perrier Champagne.

The lunch menu was meticulously crafted by renowned chef Olivier Brulard and was completed by La Marzocco’s coffee experience, brewed on a Linea Mini restyling in collaboration with Caffè Carlito.
