The 7th edition of the Slow Coffee Festival took place on September 29th to October 1st at Combinatul Fondului Plastic Galeriile Senat, Băiculești Street No. 29, Bucharest.

The festival’s first day was dedicated to professionals who wanted to learn about business sustainability, with 7 B2B workshops. Among those who lead the workshops: Dr. Wargha Enayati – a successful entrepreneur and one of the “Sharks” from “Shark Tank,” Dragos Patraru, TV host and specialty coffee enthusiast, Marius Opris, a business development consultant, Chef Alex Petricean – a innovator in the New Romanian cuisine, Daniel Stoicescu and Iulian Bărbulescu on branding and sustainability, Patrik Rolf, Stefanos Domatiotis.

The festival also included a Roaster Village, a “roast your own” experience, and a Green Village with a guest coffee farmer. The weekend celebrated International Coffee Day, spotlighting local and international coffee culture.

The National Aeropress Championship took place, and the event included live music, food, and fun experiences throughout!
