Terms & Conditions – La Marzocco Home Florence Giveaway

1. Promoter
The promoter of this giveaway is La Marzocco Home UK (the “Promoter”).

2. Eligibility
This promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 and over who have a La Marzocco Home account.
Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, agents, or any third parties directly associated with the promotion are not eligible to enter.

3. Promotion Period
The promotion runs from 8:00 AM GMT on 4th March 2024 until 11:59 PM GMT on 31st March 2024 (the “Promotion Period”).

4. How to Enter
To enter, customers must purchase any La Marzocco Home Espresso Machine within the Promotion Period.
A maximum of one entry per person is permitted.
Residents of Northern Ireland may enter for free by sending a postcard with their full name, email address, and postal address to 8-10 New North Place, London EC2A 4JA. The entry must be received before the end of the Promotion Period.

5. Prize Details
One winner will receive a trip for two to Florence, Italy, including:

Return flights for two from a London airport to Florence, Italy.
One night’s hotel accommodation in a twin or double room (selected at the Promoter’s discretion).
A visit to the Accademia del Caffè Espresso.

6. Additional Prize Terms
The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable.
No cash alternative will be offered.
The prize is subject to availability and must be booked and taken within 12 months of the winner’s notification.
Both travelers must depart and return together.
The winner is responsible for any additional costs, including but not limited to:
Travel to and from the London airport.
Travel insurance, visa costs, and any personal expenses.
Meals, drinks, excursions, attractions, car hire, and any other expenses not specifically included in the prize.
Once booked, the prize cannot be changed or amended.

7. Winner Selection & Notification
All valid entries received during the Promotion Period will be entered into a random prize draw, conducted by an independent verification service within 5 working days after the Promotion Period ends.
The winner will be notified via email within 7 working days.
The winner must respond within 14 days to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to a reserve winner selected in the same manner.

8. General Terms
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant suspected of breaching these terms.
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the promotion in exceptional circumstances beyond its control.
The Promoter is not responsible for lost, delayed, or incomplete entries due to technical or other reasons.

9. Data Protection & Privacy
By entering, participants agree that the Promoter may use their details for the purpose of administering the promotion.
The winner’s name and county may be published on the Promoter’s website or social media channels.
Personal data will be processed in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law
The promotion and these Terms & Conditions are governed by English law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
