They never give up, no matter how steep the road is ahead of them. Fourteen women from all over the world were united six years ago when their passion for cycling, turned into a profession by their will to succeed.  This Women’s WorldTour Team, counting national and world champions among them, competes in all the major races around, such as Strade Bianche, Flanders, Giro Rosa and La Course by le Tour the France. Looking to bring a fresher, more modern view upon the traditional sport of cycling, the team decided to form partnerships with top brands that share their international culture and their passion for design and innovation.

For this reason, we are delighted to welcome the Canyon SRAM racing team to our brand ambassadorship program.

This multicultural team will soon be able to count on the stars of Scottish chef Alan Murchinson, who will manage the team’s kiosk on wheels. As they say, a worthy companion for an excellent chef could only be an equally popular coffee machine, the Linea Mini.

Some of the team’s athletes have wanted to share with us some comments on how coffee represents a major element in their life:

Polish sportswoman Kasia Niewiadoma highlights the importance of the coffee ritual during their cycling sessions: “Whenever we are at races or in training camps, the moment at the coffee machine is always very pleasing and filled with smiles and good conversation!”

For the former Swiss road champion Elise Chabbey, the beauty in drinking coffee can be found in the morning sun: “The time to drink coffee for me is a moment in the morning where I try to find a place to sit in the sun, usually before my training and enjoy a bit the calm of the morning. It’s my relaxing moment that I like to take for myself in the morning.”

The Australian Tiffany Cromwell enjoys the brewing process and is a latte-art lover: “I enjoy the process it takes to make a coffee. From the precision measurements of the grind. To watching the extract flow from the portafilter into the cup before steaming the milk and trying to create my best latte ‘art’ and finally being able to enjoy it all afterwards.”

La Marzocco is happy to support the team for their commitment in the fields of diversity and inclusion and wish these brave women a satisfactory sports season full of accomplishments and amazing results!
