We are honored and humbled to learn that La Marzocco has just ranked in the 14th position of Italy’s Best Workplaces as per last night’s awards ceremony and announcement by Great Place To Work – Italia.
The annual event, held in Milan by the world-renowned culture auditing agency, is aimed at recognizing and celebrating workplace excellence in the presence of company executives and national press.
Earlier this year, the Florentine company – and its branches – have already received GPTW certification thanks to the positive results obtained from the work climate survey that was conducted internationally with all employees across the organization.
On behalf of La Marzocco, CEO Guido Bernardinelli and HR Manager Michela Nardini received the prize.
