La Marzocco’s True Artisan Café in Barcelona recently hosted Tusell Tostadores and coffee farmer, Cesar Magaña, of El Salvador who, in the presence of an enthusiastic audience, discussed honey and conducted a cupping session. The participants, moreover, actively debated sustainability and direct trade.
