First-class baristas from over 50 countries worldwide competed in the ultimate barista championships last week in Seattle during the SCAA, each judged by the preparation of 4 espressos, cappuccinos & signature drinks in only 15 minutes… and SASA SESTIC, the 2015 champ from Australia, presented a Canberran signature coffee, a quintessential beverage made with a winning splash of Clonakilla shiraz viognier juice (featured here with Tom Beaumont, General Manager of La Marzocco Australasia)!
