Last month, La Marzocco had the amazing opportunity to take part in a full-day coffee program at the Brazilian Embassy in Rome, represented by longtime coffee professional (from trade and education to running cafés and sales) Alfredo Orlando.

Alfredo shared a presentation on the coffee value chain and the evolution of coffee machines since the early beginnings till today – before an audience of institutional / academic / coffee industry managers, followed by a “practical” espresso session for coffee tastings on the Linea Mini. Yet another unforgettable experience for the senses was given thanks to the special high quality blend by roaster Saudade.
