The Muvwa Primary School building, following demolition in late May, is firmly standing, being dressed now with plaster, solid flooring, both indoors and out and, in the coming weeks, to be outfitted with new desks and benches. A drop in the bucket no doubt, but intentions are sincere and the Songwa partners do care about their aim to better meet the needs of the nearly 330 children who attend the school in the rural vicinity of the plantation. The children have reason to smile and the partners have reason to be honoured by the diligent work that has been and continues to be carried out by the local community under the guidance of Pau Valverde Molina and in collaboration with staff at the nearby Songwa and Utengule farms.
