La Marzocco launches the first Pressure Profiling Grand Prix barista competition, which will take place at Mercato Centrale Firenze on occasion of FUORI DI TASTE, the off-site program of TASTE. Lifestyle, food, new trends and products are on center-stage at these two annual gourmet events in the gastronomy field.
La Marzocco is participating in both programs: on March 11 with the Pressure Profiling challenge at FUORI DI TASTE (the winner gets to bring home a Linea Mini) and in the following three days at TASTE, with the showcasing of “Cappuccino a km zero”, the sustainable cappuccino project.
