La Marzocco, together with over 50 Italian manufacturers, has been invited to participate at “Imagining an Industry for Our Future”, organized by Fondazione Rosselli, an independent, non-profit, socio-cultural research institute and with the patronage of the President of Italy. The FB80 model, in an original “exploded” version, as conceived by Tom Beaumont of La Marzocco Australasia and originally shown at MICE in May 2014, will be on display to provide attendees with an opportunity to view inside the actual build of the machine, recognize the materials that are used, identify its technological characteristics, ascertain the complexity of construction as well as appreciate the craftsmanship. The exhibit “Imagining an Industry for Our Future” aims to reflect on the concept of competitiveness and an industrial renaissance for Italy’s future manufacturing scenario, and to convey a new approach for the individual, and towards the environment, while incorporating creativity and innovation. The exhibit will be inaugurated on March 3 at 6 pm and will be open to the public until March 12 at ESPACE Monte dei Paschi Belgio in avenue d’Auderghem 22-28, Brussels, Belgium.
