Every year we are humbled to take a trip to the Songwa Estates, where we are committed to the livelihoods of the families who work there and in nearby areas. The goal for us- La Marzocco, Mahlkönig, and Probat– is to focus on the local people and influence their personal conditions in a positive way.

La Marzocco staff & friends took this journey to the Rift Valley in southwest Tanzania mid-June with the opportunity to work alongside the locals and culturally immerse themselves. La Marzocco’s staff, on behalf of the Songwa partners, accepted an original, handmade gift by the community of Songwa while inaugurating one of two wells being built this summer. A initiative aided by our continued pledge of donating a fixed amount for every machine that is sold by us.
