Perlbohne is an alluring third wave coffee shop, located in Blumenstraße 19, in the German city of Karlsruhe – run by baristas Katharina Schroer and Stefanie Weber. The two ladies, who brew and serve specialty coffees with their extraordinary skills and sense of hospitality, paid a visit this summer to the origin of their café centerpiece handmade espresso machine… and decided to share their “Airbridge” experience with us, their customers and online audience:

“When we were asked by Rainer and Andreas from Espresso Maschinenraum, whether we would like to join an invitation to the Factory Experience Tour of La Marzocco near Florence, we did not have to think long. Of course, we wanted to do this – it was a great pleasure. An invitation for two days in Florence and the visit of the factory where our wonderful two-group FB80 has been manufactured… who would say no!?”
