Because Slovenia’s lovely Ljubljana, in the most recent years, has turned into a place dotted with astonishing coffee hotspots experimenting beyond espresso, a new event format for the caffeinated community couldn’t but take shape: STOW coffee festival. It was held for the very first edition between the 1st and 4th of February inside the Covention Center of “Gospodarsko razstavišče” as part of the GAST Expo Fairs of Tastes and then concluding on Sunday, February 5th, at the STOW specialty café and City museum.

Not only was coffee and food served by barista pros throughout the day, but an entertaining flow of Latte Art was performed during the on-site Latte Art throwdown!

And not to mention the presence of La Marzocco’s ultimate Strada machine, the Strada AV, thanks to a handmade-in-Florence espresso machine & specialty roaster booth run by our neighboring partners.
