In the aim to foster creativity and innovation, for the 7th year in a row, several staff members were celebrated at the factory for dedicated service or “BEST IDEA” during our annual pre-winter holiday lunch, which took place on Friday, December 16th, gathering the team for an afternoon of feasts, announcements, music & comic performances. 

The people who were awarded for their contribution to the company were: Gianni Rossi (20 years); Alfredo Boddi, Gianmarco Mascherini, Russell Demetria, Diego Albano, Elena Ciuffi and Mary Diamond (for 10 years of dedicated service); Francesco Berti, Paola Lorenzi, Roberto Di Marco, Shayan Aslani for the BEST IDEA.

It is an honour to congratulate each one for their dedication and passion – and for the growth and success of La Marzocco.
