Seven top national baristas joined La Marzocco’s Grand Prix in Florence, coming from different cities around Italy: Filippo Gadani (from Bologna); Gianandrea Sala (from Bergamo); Giovanni Roitero (from Udine); Giuseppe Galati (from Martina Franca); Lucian Trapanese (from Florence); Patrick Sinapi (from Itri); Santino Panettella (from Lecce). After the announcement by Piero Bambi of Patrick the winner – aka the Barista Da Strada – the pressure profiling event went on till late night with latte art, GS3 beer, dj set and celebrations all together.
