The Beans on Fire is the first collaborative roasting facility that has just opened its doors in Paris, France, last Thursday. It aims at offering the possibility for new micro-roasters to source green coffee by facilitating direct trade relationships, delivering hands-on roasting classes, training sessions on different brewing methods, and – last but not least – building a collaborative community of roasters within the city.
