The celebration took place at the Congrès Robert Schuman, where 1,300 chefs and industry leaders gathered for a day of connection, recognition, and innovation. It was a unique opportunity to engage with the people who have continued to shape fine dining and set the standard for global culinary excellence.
Our roaster partner: Caffè Carlito served specialty coffee in collaboration with Caffè Carlito, our long-standing roaster partner based in Switzerland. Known for their deep-rooted commitment to quality and tradition, Caffè Carlito has built a reputation for sourcing and roasting exceptional coffee with a focus on both sustainability and taste.
For this event, Caffè Carlito team’s passion for espresso preparation matched perfectly with our mission to elevate the coffee experience. Together, we created an espresso bar that offered Michelin-level coffee service—complete with a curated selection of espresso-based cocktails.
We also teamed up with Código 1530, their artisanal approach to spirit-making blended craftsmanship from both the coffee and spirits worlds.
For us, this event was more than just a celebration. It was an opportunity to reaffirm our commitment to the culinary and hospitality industries—to the people, the artistry, and the standards that continue to push boundaries.
