A huge congratulations to Well Grounded HQ for their fifth anniversary!!
Well Grounded began five years ago with an vision to transform lives through coffee. Since then, they’ve become an award winning social enterprise providing specialist coffee training and ongoing employment support to Londoners facing barriers to employment.
They run a series of Speciality Coffee Training Academies, empowering people with the skills, training, mentorship and qualifications they need to access work in the speciality coffee industry and also the confidence needed to be able to apply for these jobs. They also have an aftercare programme to care for their graduates and provide ongoing wellbeing and coffee training.
Over the last five years, Well Grounded have grown to become an incredible organisation – helping 494 graduates into the coffee industry and giving them the confidence to grown from difficult situations into their dream career. Their love and dedication over the past five years is inspiring and we’re so proud to work alongside Well Grounded and support them with their work.
To celebrate their fifth birthday, Well Grounded will be sharing stories of some of the people who have made Well Grounded what it is today, as well as running an amazing competition where five lucky winners will receive a hamper filled with all the coffee essentials:
