Every La Marzocco espresso machine sold in the UK & Ireland is first crafted by hand in Florence and then tested in the UK to our safety and performance standards. We pursue perfection in every machine. Below are some resources to help you troubleshoot your machine.

We can ship La Marzocco Home machines anywhere in the UK with shipping costs included in all machine orders. Our delivery service typically takes 5-7 working days.
La Marzocco Home machines with custom parts added may have varying lead times depending on stock availability and demand, please contact us to find out the current lead time before placing your order.
For La Marzocco Home accessories orders, there is a £7.20 shipping charge.
If you are based in Ireland, you can purchase the full La Marzocco Home range via La Marzocco Home Ireland.
All La Marzocco Home machines come with a one-year warranty, if you encounter any issues with your machine please contact us directly to diagnose the issue. Dependent on your location, we will either organise for a La Marzocco approved technician to come to your home, or we will have your machine taken to one of our service centres around the country to be repaired.
Following the one-year warranty, if you would like to have your machine serviced or repaired you can contact us to recommend your local La Marzocco approved technician.

Yes! We work in partnership with Espresso Solutions to create customised Linea Minis and GS3s. If you are interested in customising your La Marzocco Home machine, please email us and we can provide quotes and lead times.
The most important thing you can do for your espresso machine is to use the right water. Most of the problems people experience with their machines stems from the fact they are using water that is outside of the specification given by La Marzocco for proper operation. Each of our machines ships with a water test kit so that you can make sure the water you are using is within spec.
