For those local to the Coquitlam area of Greater Vancouver, C Market has been a staple in the coffee community. Opening their first location in 2019, Fueled by the lack of specialty coffee offerings within the neighbourhood. Owner and Q Grader Bridgette H, leads a tight knit team whose vision is to bring quality, craftsmanship and education to consumers.
Since then they’ve expanded rapidly with their headquarters and roastery opening in 2021. Their roastery caters to coffee enthusiasts and professionals alike providing structured barista classes, from the basics to advanced latte art.
For the Month of February we’re excited to be featuring their in-house Tolima espresso, Fair Trade and Organic with notes of caramel, granny smith apple and cherry. A well rounded espresso that has a creamy body and balanced acidity. Nestled in the Andes mountains Tolima is a region known for it’s lush landscapes and ideal coffee growing conditions.
