At the heart of this evolution is the new La Marzocco App, replacing both the La Marzocco Pro App and La Marzocco Home App. This all-in-one platform connects La Marzocco espresso machines, grinders, and scales, giving users the ability to fine-tune coffee doses, adjust brewing parameters, schedule on/off times, and create personalized workflows—whether at home or in a professional setting.
Grind-by-Weight is now available for the Pico Grinder and Swan Grinder when paired with the La Marzocco Connected Scale. This advanced dosing method ensures each grind is precise and consistent, automatically stopping at the target weight for a more streamlined workflow. Bringing these elements together is Coffee Station, an ecosystem designed for seamless espresso workflows.
With Coffee Station, multiple machines, grinders, and scales can be linked and controlled through the La Marzocco App—allowing users to customize their setup, set espresso yields, and program dosing for a fully connected experience.
Brew-by-Weight, available on the Linea Mini, works in tandem with Grind-by-Weight, ensuring precise, repeatable shots.
