Pallet Coffee Roasters: A Growing Legacy in Vancouver’s Coffee Scene
Founded in 2014 in East Vancouver, Pallet Coffee Roasters has expanded to eight café locations, including its HQ roastery and Palate Kitchen, a concept restaurant in downtown Vancouver.
Recently they launched an all knew re-brand, but don’t worry their coffee mascot Misto the bear is still a part of the team! The new brand boasts bold colours of green and black, with an out of this world star scape splashed across their bags. Of course with new branding comes new merch! Which you can see featured in our showroom for the month of April!
With a thoughtfully curated selection of coffees, Pallet serves both direct-to-consumer and wholesale customers. As the business has grown, so has its team—a passionate group of roasters, baristas, and coffee professionals whose expertise fuels Pallet’s community-driven approach.
