The Paris Café Festival is back for its third edition under the brightly lit halls of the Centquatre, May 14 through 16. We will be present in several areas at the show, including a dedicated stand, La Marzocco Roasters Village, and a dedicated Home barista space.
The stand will host the True Artisan Café, roasters will brew on the unparalleled Linea Classic paired with Wally Milk. Guests can enjoy a selection of coffee while discovering innovative technologies.
The daily True Artisan Café program is as follows:
- Saturday, May 14: Ombra Coffee Roasters, Rakwe, Cayo Coffee Roasters.
- Sunday, May 15: Leperco, L’Alchimiste, Azeria.
- Monday, May 16: Gram Gram, Kultivar.
At the La Marzocco Kitchen, explore your inner Home Barista. Test the Linea Mini, connected GS3 and Swift Mini grinder. We’ve partnered with an array of experienced baristas who will guide participants through innovative technologies like the La Marzocco Home App and teach brewing methods. Ask questions and join the conversation.
Sign-ups for daily workshops are offered to the public during all three days of the festival.
La Marzocco Kitchen- Home area slot and partner program as follows:
- Saturday, May 14: Join Café Kitsune.
- Sunday, May 15: Join La Brûlerie de Belleville.
- Monday, May 16: Join La Cafeotheque.
Workshop slot times: morning slots run at 10:30/11:30/12:30, and afternoon slots run at 14:30/15:50/16:30/17:30. Monday afternoon the last workshop starts at 16.30.
The Roasters Village is also back with an exceptional line-up. Taste coffees from Esperanza Café, Cafés Lugat, Mokxa, Café Lomi, L’Arbre à Café, Loutsa, Kawa Coffee, Meron, Cime, La Brûlerie de Belleville, Fresh Black, La Claque Café, Sucafina Specialty, Café Piha and KB Coffee Roasters all brewing on the Linea Mini.
