In 2021, we extended the audit to include our branches around the world including our offices in Australia, China, Germany, New Zealand, and the USA. More than 350 international employees provided positive feedback to the Trust Index model survey. The index is comprised of five dimensions: Credibility, Respect, Fairness, Pride, and Camaraderie.
