The adventure continues”! Following the success of the first event at Offi, La Marzocco will continue its journey among some of Milan’s best venues in its endeavor to promote quality coffee.
This time, Barberino’s, the fashionable barber shop in Corso di Porta Romana 72, will be home to a white Linea Mini for the month of August, at one’s fingertips to be used by anyone who is keen on preparing good coffee while getting a good shave.
Following the stop at the flower shop, which hosted press and a large number of curious and passionate individuals who savored three different coffees that were paired with gourmet recipes, the format will change, but the spirit will remain the same: a novel, dazzling location that transforms the typical image of barbering, a must for those men who are interested in their personal care and the exploration of new worlds. Every detail, from brass cabinet knobs to large mirrors, from retro furniture to enameled taps on ceramic sinks, provides the sensation of standing within the walls of a barber shop dating to the early 20th century, where the Linea Mini is effortlessly at home.
The event launching the stop at Barberino’s, the second episode in the Coffee Encounters journey, was accompanied by a home barista session, promoted by the food blogger and photographer Michael Gardenia, who used coffee by His Majesty the Coffee, a Milanese specialty coffee roaster, paired with chocolates by Meiji (a very fine, Japanese artisan product).
The aim of Coffee Encounters is to promote coffee culture at out of the ordinary venues, consequently offering innovative, quality experiences to a growing public.
Stick around for the next few months, follow the news to learn about the novelties accompanying the Linea Mini on its voyage to the most thought-provoking places in the capital of Lombardy.
