Probat Mahlkonig La Marzocco - A Strong Alliance

With the Songwa project, a very good partnership which has existed for many years has now developed into a joint company. Probat, a producer of coffee roasting machines, equipment and plants based in Emmerich in Germany, the company Mahlkonig a producer of grinders from Hamburg, Germany, and the Italian company La Marzocco, an espresso machine producer from Florence, will jointly operate on a leasing basis the coffee farm Songwa in Tanzania, East Africa beginning on 1 September 2007. The farm is part of a larger group of farms called Utengule Estates and is being leased by the partners, with professional management in place, for a period of 10 years.
